U.S. Sen. John Boozman was awarded the Guardian of Small Business award from the National Federation of Independent Businesses. The award, which NFIB considers its most prestigious, is reserved for lawmakers who vote at least 70 percent of the time with NFIB on the key issues as identified by small business owners.
"Based on his voting record, Sen. Boozman is one of the most reliable advocates for small businesses in Washington," Juanita Duggan, NFIB president and CEO, said in a news release from Boozman's office.
